I have a master's degree from Auburn University in exercise science, with a concentration in exercise physiology. Furthermore, I have taken several years of doctoral-level study in this area which is expected to culminate in a PhD in exercise physiology in 2025 from Springfield College. I have worked as an adjunct faculty member teaching exercise physiology, and I have also taught this material internationally and across a wide range of settings. I have worked with individuals and audiences of up to nearly 100, and just about everything in between. That includes tutoring in this subject area since 2012. If you have questions or difficulties relating to any aspect of exercise physiology -- metabolic, endocrine, thermal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, etc. -- I can help.
